CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking a Project Manager to join a respected national construction contractor delivering a major defence and infrastructure project in Katherine, NT. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a key defence project, working with an established construction team known for delivering complex projects safely, efficiently, and to specification. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the delivery, tendering, and execution of construction works, ensuring all project objectives are met across quality, cost, safety, and schedule. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of project delivery, from planning through to completion. Oversee project programming, compliance, and safety requirements. Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Lead estimating activities – tender meetings, subcontractor engagement, and methodology development. Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and programs, monitoring financial performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders. Oversee compliance with WHS, QA, and environmental policies. Mentor and support staff, ensuring a focus on safety, performance, and team development. Our Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial or defence construction Strong background in estimating, project planning, and subcontractor management. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and safety systems. Proficient in construction management software (Procore experience highly regarded). Knowledge of NT building codes, WHS legislation, and remote project delivery. Willingness to work remotely (FIFO or relocation support available).
